Hope you are having a great day. It’s kinda weird right now
in our industry. I have been speaking to several originators
and company owners and so has Sue over the past 2 weeks.
Sorry – No Video today but here’s some important info.
Some seem to be doing great and are making some
tweaks to their business plans but seem upbeat.
Others seem as if the sky has just fallen and it’s all over
and time to move on.
They could both be right since- Your preception and mindset
have a lot to do with success or failure.
As a loyal subscriber you know that Sue and I put this site
up just to give you all some great content and share some
of what we have been doing that works.
But many have asked ( begged) for more. So we are going
to oblige you. I have been mentioning that for the past 2 months
we have been working on sharing our very best tactics.
We debated for a long time whether we should offer
anything since we are both pretty busy originating and doing
some consulting without putting any new projects on our plates,
WHY WOULD WE SHARE ?
The real answer is why wouldn’t we?
If you know things others don’t . If you have tactics
others haven’t discovered yet? If you can help others
why wouldn’t you?
That’s why we started this site to begin with.
NOTICE: There is nothing here to buy or invest in even

IT SEEMS MANY OF YOU WANT THAT HELP !
We have been working hard for the past 2 months putting
everything together for you and then of course the compensation
rules changed.
So we went back and really fined tuned everything we personally
do in our own business. Then we went back and fined tuned
the tactics we are going to share with you.
Our webmaster has actually given us a date of May1st

I look forward to your information in May and have been a follower since 2008. Still in the business but find it extremely challenging…One of my goals for 2011 is close 5 reverse mortgages and haven’t done any yet. Keep the valuable information coming and I hope to exceed this goal.

thanks so much for your kind words. We truly enjoy watching others succeed. It wasn’t always easy for us either and we struggled for many years until we made a few key discoveries and started implementing them in the reverse mortgage business.
They work regardless of what you are originating !
You should be so proud of yourself– surviving what I think is the toughest period I have ever seen in this business and still having realistic goals and moving forward !!!
